If you haven’t received your Receipt email and QR-ticket email after purchasing tickets for an event, please first check your spam folder.
IF you are using the "Outlook Email App", please also try switching over from "Focused" to "Other"
If it’s not there, please access your profile page after logging into Plots (web or app) and go into “edit profile” to see what your email address is set at.
From there, you can update your email address if it has typos and save the changes.
--- What to do in this case ----
In the case where you had the incorrect email address, and therefore haven't received the QR-ticket email, please use your Profile-Qr-Code to enter the event.
Your Profile-QR-Code is the QR code that can be found in your Profile Page (that has your Profile Photo in the middle). Your Profile-QR-Code is your unique Plots QR-Code that contains information on all of the tickets that you purchased via Plots.
If the bouncer scans the Profile-QR-Code, they will see a breakdown of ticket types and counts that you bought for their event. This way, you can scan yourself and your friends (if you bought multiple tickets) to the event.
Also, if you have an iPhone, we have an Appstore App (What’s Plots) where you can check your purchase records. This can be found within Profile/Settings/Past Purchases.
