If you have already done so, please close the browser window and restart the process.

Otherwise, if you have an iPhone, we have an Appstore App (What's Plots) that has a much better facial detection system. May I suggest that as an option?

You must use a direct photo of your face, or it will not let you move on to the next step. If you are getting an "error" please restart the window and try the process again.
