How to Use the Guest List System on Plots
The Guest List feature allows you to manage attendees, grant tickets, and make updates easily. Follow these steps to navigate and use the system efficiently.
1. Accessing the Guest List
Open the Plots app and go to your event.
Navigate to Host Controls and tap Guest List.
It may take 1-3 minutes to load all attendee details.
2. Viewing Guest Information
Once loaded, you will see:
Attendee names and profile photos.
Ticket type purchased.
Their profile and friend connections.
3. Granting Additional Tickets
Tap on a guest’s profile.
Click “Grant Tickets” and select the ticket type.
The guest will receive:
A notification on Plots.
A QR code for their new ticket.
4. Adding a Guest
Tap “Add Guest” at the bottom of the Guest List.
Enter their Plots username or phone number:
Plots Username → The guest receives the ticket in the Plots app.
Phone Number → The guest gets a text message with a link to claim their ticket.
5. Removing & Refunding Guests
Select the guest you want to remove.
Tap “Remove Guest” to refund them.
The refund will be processed within 10 days, and they will be removed from the guest list.
6. Bulk Uploading Guests
If you need to add a large group:
Tap “Select Group” → “Create New Group”.
Choose “Guest List Upload”.
Upload a CSV file or manually input names and phone numbers.
Confirm to add all guests at once.
Using the Guest List system ensures a smooth check-in process and easy event management.
