How to Add Crew Members to Your Event on Plots
Adding co-hosts, security, and photographers to your event on Plots allows you to delegate tasks and improve event management. Follow these steps to add crew members to your event.
1. Accessing the Crew Management Section
Open the Plots app and go to the Host view.
Select your active plot (event).
Scroll down and tap on Crew to manage your event team.
2. Adding Crew Members
In the Crew section, you will see three options:
Adding a Co-Host
Tap "Add Host."
Search for the user’s Plots username and tap "Add."
Co-Host Permissions:
Can access all event settings.
Cannot receive payouts.
Adding Security Staff
Tap "Add Security."
Search for the security member’s Plots username and tap "Add."
Security Permissions:
Can scan QR codes for check-ins.
Can accept payments at the door.
Adding a Photographer
Tap "Add Photographer."
Search for the photographer’s Plots username and tap "Add."
Photographer Permissions:
Can upload photos after the event has ended.
3. Managing Crew Members
Once added, crew members will have access to their assigned roles.
You can remove or update crew assignments anytime in the Crew section of your event.
